Marsa Loft is a single floor apartment inside a converted warehouse building, taken on for a client who wanted to keep the industrial bones of the space rather than cover them up.
The existing brick columns and exposed concrete ceiling became the starting point rather than a problem to solve. We built the new layout around them, adding warmth through timber flooring, soft furnishings, and lighting, without softening the character that made the space worth renovating in the first place.
A smaller project than most of our work, and one of our favorites: proof that a good interior is about restraint as much as it is about design.
